The best practice is to contact us every January for current cost and update your contact information. Q: Can I use twisty-ties to close the bags? A: No. The twisty-ties do not always secure the bag closed. Thus Tie the bags closed securely with a knot. Twisty-ties are no longer supplied with new rolls of bags for this reason. A: Use a trash can, bear can, or container that meets the requirements of the Wildlife Protection Ordinance. ( It's the Customers responsibility to clean up the mess when wildlife/birds attack the bags.) Q: What payment method may I use when ordering / reordering bags? A: We accept check, money order and cash. ( No credit cards ) Q: What happens when I run out of trash or recycle bags? A: When re-ordering, make a payment for the cost of 1 roll + 1 single bag.
